How Can I Support You?

At The Centre there are three ways to begin. You can experience the work once, commit to three sessions to begin making changes, or go deeper with Rewild the Soul, an eight session journey designed to create lasting change. You don’t need to know which is right for you. If you’re unsure, get in touch and we can talk it through.

Shamanic Healing
with Horses

One off experience: 90 minutes: £125

You will be on a massage bed outside with the horses who work alongside me as we explore what you need support with

Using the presence and connection of the horse to help you slow down, regulate and reconnect with yourself. You don’t need to talk about anything you don’t want to. The focus is on getting you out of your head and back into your body.

Ready for lasting change?

An 8 session journey that combines everything The Centre offers. This is for those who are ready to commit to themselves and make lasting change. Across 8 sessions we combine all of the different types of sessions listed above, plus more that isn’t available in any other package. Rather than following a fixed programme, the work responds to you and what you need as you move through the 8 sessions. This is the deepest level of work I offer at The Centre.
